Being a chef is about so much more than knowing how to cook. A true chef has immense passion for the whole process, from sourcing the finest ingredients to meticulous preparation and finally to cooking and serving mouthwatering dishes.
Here at Tikka Tonic every dish is made from scratch, roasting and blending our own spices, making probiotic yoghurt for our sauces and dips, using homemade pastry for our samosas and ensuring that all of our raw ingredients are the best quality available. More importantly, our recipes all share one common ingredient: The soul of the chef!
